My online features come in a variety of formats. You have two options:

  1. Conduct a real-time, online private, session via video-conferencing or
  2. Receive a weekly/monthly email with customized workout routines to do on your own time

Each offering has its advantages and will depend on the individual. We can discuss what works for you over a brief phone introduction.

Online privates via video conference are a great solution for anyone outside a 20-mile radius from Oceanside. This includes existing San Diego clients that are traveling and want to maintain their workout routines.

E-Mail Workouts

E-mail workouts will depend on your availability to fitness equipment and Pilates apparatus. Usually clients have simple, in-home, gym set-ups and/or gym memberships. I can create a short list of items to purchase for your home set-up.

I am building an online Exercise Library with videos to eventually use with the e-mails.
